Another architecturally designed build in the Aureus Estate, this home features polished concrete honed floors, Weathertex cladding, and custom in-house cabinetry by Avid. A palette of moody dark accents adds depth and contrast throughout, while the mono-stringer staircase with a custom powder-coated handrail serves as a striking central feature. Microcement walls and ceilings on the upstairs balcony complete the refined, contemporary feel of the home.
